The Challenge
Daily store operations relied on manual processes and fragmented tools to manage products, update prices, control inventory, handle cash operations, and perform store closing procedures. These limitations created operational inefficiencies that hindered the execution of omnichannel strategies and the delivery of a consistent customer experience.
To address these challenges, the customer experience team sought a comprehensive solution that would enable store associates to manage operations more efficiently while streamlining service and fulfillment processes across every customer touchpoint.
The Solution
A dedicated user experience team was established to identify key operational needs, define priorities, and design the solution architecture.
In parallel, we assembled an agile, cross-functional team that worked closely with store associates to understand their day-to-day processes and develop a digital solution tailored to their needs. Using an iterative approach, requirements were continuously validated through sprint reviews, ensuring the product evolved alongside business priorities.
As a result, we delivered a cloud-based mobile application that centralized core store operations into a single platform, simplifying daily tasks for store associates while supporting the organization's digital transformation strategy.
