The Challenge
Our client needed to launch a payment application that would enable fast and secure money transfers while integrating with Argentina's leading banks. To achieve this, it required a partner capable of supporting user experience design, application development and testing, Open API development, and integration support for participating financial institutions.
The Solution
Our Customer Experience specialists created a scalable design system and user experience. They worked on the information architecture, payment and transaction flows, onboarding and registration, the home experience, and account and card linking (including both happy and unhappy paths), culminating in the development of a native application for iOS and Android.
Using Node.js, React Native, and PostgreSQL, we developed an Open API. We also implemented automated, non-functional, and integration testing frameworks and test plans for mobile platforms and APIs running on Amazon Web Services.
